We are currently reading the book “Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet” by the late Venerable Thich Nhat Hahn and discussing it in sections.
We will be reading and discussing Part Two of this Book titled “The Action Dimension…A new way of living” at the June gathering. Participants are reminded that if you are financially able, please consider a $5 – $10 donation each time we meet, to support the ongoing work of the Carmelite Centre of which this group is a part. This reading circle is for those intrigued by the contemporary scientific story of the origins of the universe and the evolution of life, and for those who want to articulate a spirituality that embraces this awareness and informs their living.
