Here at the Carmelite Centre in Middle Park a group of very ordinary people meet each Thursday evening at 7pm to experience the benefit of meditation as a way of bringing peace, harmony and joy to one’s life. On the first Thursday of each month there is an introductory session for those new to meditation at 6.30pm
