An Introductory program beings on the first Thursday of every second month starting 2 March 2017. It has an introductory session at 6:30 for beginners prior to the regular session at 7.00pm. This is the first week of a four weeks introductory program for newcomers. Cost for the introduction to Meditation 4 week program $35

Everyone welcome

This program is for those who would like to introduce meditation into their lives in a gentle, progressive manner. It is simple and effective and avoids the disappointment that sometimes comes when people rush ‘head-long’ into advanced meditation practices.

The program includes:
• 20 page resource booklet for the four weeks
• Meditation each week with an experienced teacher
• A progressive step-by-step approach with support from an established meditation community.

Over the four weeks you will do simple, at home exercises and practices that could literally change your life; practices that allow you to continue your day to day activities uninterrupted.
