In the prelude to the Australian Catholic Bishops’ Social Justice Statement Melbourne bishop, Vincent Long Van Nguyen, a man who came to Australia as a boat person, fleeing as a teenager from Vietnam writes that ‘we can be part of the problem or part of the solution’.
